Director Hu Ming Engaged as Member of the Advisory Board of the Standing Committee of the 15th People’s Congress of Qingdao City
To guarantee the quality and standard of duty performance by members of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress, and to further promote scientific and democratic decision-making, the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Qingdao City recently set up an Advisory Board. The Board is composed of seven advisory groups: the Legal System Advisory Group, the Internal and Judicial Affairs Advisory Group, the Financial Budget Advisory Group, the Education, Science, Culture and Health Advisory Group, the Agriculture and Rural Areas Advisory Group and the Nationality, Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Advisory Group.
The Director of Shandong Deheng Law Firm Hu Ming was engaged as a member of the Legal System Advisory Group. The main duties of a member of this GOup include participating in the legislative research and investigation organized by the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress, providing the Standing Committee with consultation, opinions and advice for its legal supervision to the government, the court and the procuratorate, providing the Standing Committee with consultation, opinions and advice on its decisions on big issues, discussing various difficult petition cases and the solutions, and other research, investigation and advisory activities etc.
