Deheng Lawyers Attend Shandong Lawyers Forum and Win Awards
On March 17th senior partner of Deheng Law Group Wang Jun, who is the Director of Deheng Law Group’s High-tech Zone Office, won the title “Shandong Outstanding Lawyer” at the Shandong Lawyers’ Forum. The theme of this year’s Forum was “The rule of Law in Shandong and the Development of Legal Business”.
Shandong Deheng Law Firm passed the review as “Shandong Outstanding Law Firm”, and Director Hu Ming of Shandong Deheng Law Firm and Director Li Xuxiu of the Firm’s Jinan Office also passed the review as “Shandong Outstanding Lawyer” .
Three theses by Deheng lawyers were awarded the First, Second and Third Prize: First Prize of the category Legal Industry’s Development “Analysis of the Social Responsibility of Chinese Lawyers”; Second Prize of the category Incrimination “The Settlement Mechanism of Criminal-Civil Overlapping Cases”, and Third Prize of the comprehensive category “On the Legal Issues concerning the Taxation of Cross-Border Investment by Offshore Companies”.
