Lecture Series of “Deheng Legal Forum” for Haiwin Group Successfully Held
Recently Qingdao Haiwin Group invited lawyers of Deheng Law Group to deliver a series of lectures on enterprise legal risks precaution for the Group’s management, to strengthen the management’s legal awareness of risk prevention and promote the healthy development of the enterprise.
The series of lectures commenced on the morning of May 17, and the lectures of the first session were delivered by the senior partner of Deheng Law Group Liu Kejiang and Partner Xu Bin, respectively on: “Corporate M&A and Risk Prevention” and “the Risk Precaution for Major Decisions of Enterprises---Explaining the Guide for Enterprise’s Legal Risks”.
After the lectures the lawyers answered questions by the attendees. More than 70 persons attended the Forum. Deheng Lawyers will deliver more lectures on this Forum on the subjects of Legal Framework Design for high-risk Business, Legal Precautions in Human Resource Management, Tax-related Legal Risk Precautions, Criminal Risk Precautions and IP Risk Precautions etc.
