During the second half of 2013 six small loan companies, which were among 18 companies tendering in Qingdao, obtained pilot qualification upon appraisal by the evaluation committee. This news was released by the Qingdao Financial Office.
Of the six qualifying companies Deheng lawyers Song Huafeng, Yan Xianhua and Wu Li provided legal advisory papers for three of them: respectively Jimo Hai Lida Small Loan Company, Qingdao Huatong Small Loan Company and Qingdao Guoxin Entrepreneurship Small Loan Company.
In recent times Deheng lawyers have provided many enterprises with legal services to set up small loan companies and have gained abundant experience in the establishment and operation of such companies.
