Shandong Deheng Law Firm Wins Organizational Award and Seven Lawyers Win Top Prizes for Excellent Papers
To accelerate lawyers’ initiative in participating in theoretical research and discussion, Shandong Lawyers’ Association recently recognized the excellence of papers written by lawyers in the province. Seven papers by Deheng lawyers were awarded prizes while Shandong Deheng Law Firm won the Organizational Award.
"On the Perfection of the Legal System of Real-name Train Tickets" by Xu XIanghua and "The Claim for Mental Infringement by Special Infringers" by Zheng Hui won first prizes in the Civil category. "The Prevention and Control of Risks from Directors’ Improper Incentives during the Insolvent Stage of Corporations" by Jia Shuxue and “On the Forms for Non-monetary Contribution by Corporate Shareholders” by Xu Fangshu won first and second prizes in the Corporate category.
The three remaining papers won second and third prizes in the Comprehensive category. They were "The Unification of Rule of Law in China---from the Perspective of the Disorder of Enforcement Opposition Litigation" by Li Pengcheng, "The System of Ensuring Urban Residents’ Minimum Living Standard" by Liu Xifu and "On the Legal Issues Concerning the Circulation of Rights to Use Inhabited Islands" by Hu Jiaqiang.
