Deheng Lawyer Won Criminal Case in All Stages
Recently, Mr. Zhang Bin, senior partner and vice CEO of Deheng Group, received a retrial judgment from Shandong Senior People’s Court, concerning his client, Qingdao W Distribution Company (W company), was suspected of being involved into smuggling prohibited import and export goods. In the retrial judgment, the court revoked the second trial judgment, which ruled W company committed crime of smuggling prohibited import and export goods and punished the company for RMB 1,880,000 fine. Therefore, the client at last received a no guilty judgment.
Mr. Zhang and his assistant, Ms. Li Ying, took this case from the second trial. They successfully persuaded the court to accept their defense opinion and won the criminal suit completely, obtaining client’s high recognition.
