Ms. Hu Ming’s Article Three Major Issues Relating to the Scientific Legislation Was Published on Chinese Lawyer
Mr. Hu Ming (partner of Deheng Law Group)’s article Three Major Issues Relating to the Scientific Legislation was published on the third issue of Chinese Lawyer 2015. Corresponding with the principles of “prioritizing the legislation process, improving legislation quality and achieving scientific legislation” brought up during the Fourth Session of Planary Meeting, the article first analyzed the formality and feasibility of the legislative process and then illustrated five pieces of advice with regard to achieving scientific legislation. These advices are, achieving scientific legislation through democratic approach, achieving scientific legislation with strict procedures, achieving scientific legislation through science and technology methods, achieving scientific legislation through experiments and achieving scientific legislation by strengthening the approval and examination processes.
