Sino-Australia IP Law Conference Was Held at Deheng Law Firm in Qingdao
On April 7th, 2015, the Sino-Australia Intellectual Property law conference co-hosting by the IP committee of Qingdao Lawyers Association and Australia’s Bennett & Philp Law Firm took place at Deheng Law Firm’s Qingdao office. During the conference, attending parties introduced the difference of IP legal systems between China and Australia and also discussed the issues relating to each system.
The conference was led by Mr. Wang Jun (partner of Deheng Law Firm, vice director of IP committee of Qingdao Lawyers Association), and Mr. Jiang Anguo, Mr. Wang Yuncheng and Mr. Hu Ming attended the conference and gave speeches on IP-related issues. The naming partner of Bennett & Philp, Mr. Ken Philp made a presentation on various topics of Australia Intellectual Property law.
