Seminar of Practice and Theory In Regard to Law Firm Listing Was Held in Qingdao
July 24th, “Seminar of Practice and Theory in Regard to Law Firm Listing” was successfully co-sponsored by Dianjing.com, Finance Office of Shinan district, Qingdao and Shandong Deheng Law Firm at Deheng Lawyers’ Square. Partners and directors from more than thirty law firms across the country attended the seminar.
The seminar was hosted by Luan Shaohu (chairman of Deheng Law Group) and Liu Kejiang (senior partner of Deheng Law Group). Prestigious jurist Mr.Jiang Ping made a speech on the opening ceremony, speaking highly of Deheng’s courage and creative spirits on exploring partnership of law firm to list on the over-the-counter (OTC) market. He also gave analysis and prediction, in terms of jurisprudence and law, on issues in regard to legal profession’s future steps into the capital market.
Chang Xin (Manager of Qingdao Blue Ocean Equity Exchange), Jiang Zongfeng (Manager of Qingdao Shangdao Investment Co. Ltd.), Liu Wei (Chief Editor of Dianjing.com), Fang Litang (Lead of Capital and Securities Team of Deheng Law Group) and Liu Kejiang (Lead of International Service Team of Deheng Law Group ) combined the successful experience of Deheng’s listing on the OTC market with their different visions and discussed issues of law firms, as social intermediary agencies, entering into capital market in terms of practice and theory. Seminar speakers agreed on listing on the equity market could open another gate for further development of law firms.
