China’s First “Internet & Law Firm” Established in Qingdao Hi-Tech District
July 23rd, 2015, the opening ceremony of Qingdao Dehe Yuanhang Network Technology Co. Ltd. was held in Chuangye Building in Hi-Tech district, Qingdao. A spotlight in regard to this event is that Shandong Deheng Law Firm shares the same office with the network company. Famous jurist and professor Jiang Ping inaugurated the foundation of this “internet company & law firm”.
Wang Yongjian (vice director of management committee of Hi-tech district, Qingdao) and Xiao Yanheng (director of the business center) and Luan Shaohu (chairman of Deheng Law Group), Hu Ming (vice-chairman of Deheng Law Group), Wang Jun (director of Deheng Law Firm (Qingdao, Hi-Tech district) Office), Ma Xiannian (executive director of Deheng Law Firm (Qingdao, Hi-Tech district) Office) and Sun Quanming (CEO of Qingdao Dehe Yuanhang Network Technology Co. Ltd.) attended the opening ceremony.
Qingdao Dehe Yuanhang Network Technology Co. Ltd is China’s first software company focuses on developing management software for law firms, setting goals to promote the process of informatization, standardization and internationalization of law firms’ management in order to build law firms on basis of automation, systematization and intelligentization. Collaborating with Beijing Zhiyuan Network Technology Co. Ltd., China’s biggest office software company, the company is going to put its two products, “Intelligent law firm” and “Intelligent legal service” into the market soon.
Shandong Deheng Law Firm is the first law firm established in the Qingdao Hi-tech zone. The law firm will offer professional legal services to the local enterprises and residents, in the meantime, lawyers with intellectual property expertise will work together with technical workers of the company. The cooperation will accelerate the process of products test and development.
