DHH Lawyer Participated in the Opening Ceremony of Lawyers' Rights Center and Client Complaint Center of SBA

On Mar. 14, 2017, the opening ceremony of Lawyers' Rights Center and Client Complaint Center of Shanghai Bar Association (SBA) was officially held, as a member of member of Lawyers’ Rights Protection Committee of SBA, DHH Shanghai Lawyer James Wang participated in the opening ceremony. Lawyers' Rights Center is the daily working organ of Lawyers’ Rights Protection Committee of SBA; Client Complaint Center is the daily working organ of Disciplinary (Punishment) Committee of SBA. Lawyers' Rights Center and Client Complaint Center of are based in SBA secretariat, with their routine work undertaken by disciplinary department of SBA secretariat.
Creation of the two centers are decided by the 10th Council of SBA, in order to implement Opinions on Further Enhance Bar Association Construction by the Ministry of Justice and requirements of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), perform legitimate duties of bar association and better protect lawyers’ rights in legal practices and regulate practice behaviors of lawyers, so as to facilitate healthy development of lawyer profession.
