Lawyer Kejiang Liu Attends the Forum on Chinese Lawyers’ Legal Service for the Development of an Open Economy
The forum on Chinese Lawyers’ Legal Service for the Development of an Open Economy, jointly hosted by the International Business Committee and the Economic Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, was held in Beijing News Mansion Hotel on January 12th, 2013. During the meeting, some important issues were discussed, including legal problems of international trade, legal measures in regulating and guiding EU investment in foreign countries, dilemmas and solutions for Chinese companies’ financing abroad, the latest legal practices and trends of overseas mergers and acquisitions, and international legal business etc.
Lawyer Kejiang Liu, the Vice Director and senior partner of Deheng Law Group, was invited to the meeting and communicated with other lawyers from across China engaged in foreign legal affairs.
