Lawyer Ding Xu Attends Capital Operation Forum
On May 17 the Forum on Capital Operation was held in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province, China. Almost 300 participants attended the Forum, which was sponsored by the China Elite Legal Association and Jiangsu Maotong Law Firm, assisted by Xuzhou Business Association, the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce of Xuzhou City, the Anhui Chamber of Commerce of Xuzhou City and the Directors Society of Xuzhou City. Senior partner Ding Xu of Beijing DHH Law Firm was invited to attend the Forum.
The Forum mainly concerned issues regarding the operation of capital such as enterprise financing, corporate listing and share assignment etc. Lawyer Ding Xu delivered a speech on the listing of corporations and relevant issues.
The Forum deepened enterprises' understanding of bond financing and corporate listing, highlighted the role of law firms in enterprises' financing and M&A, and is sure to play an important role in promoting the listing of enterprises and the solution of difficulties in bond financing.
