On October 10 Mr. Luan Shaohu, Honorary Chairman of ECLA and Chairman of the Partners’ Meeting of Deheng Law Group, visited ECLA member firm Heilongjiang Far East Lawyer Group. He was welcomed by Director Liu Wenyi of the Firm and Director Wang Bing of the Lawyer Management Office of Harbin Municipal Bureau of Justice. The two sides discussed legal business innovation and the development of legal alliance members etc.
