Beijing DHH Attend State Capital Group Annual Meeting in Vancouver
Sept.10, Beijing DHH Law Firm, represented by Deputy Director Yonglan Li, Director of International Practice Group Jiqing Liu and Shan Luan, Director of Business Development for the Americas, attended the annual meeting of State Capital Group ("SCG Legal")at Pan Pacific Hotel, Vancouver, Canada. DHH presented to all attending members at the general membership meeting as new membership candidate for the Beijing, China region. SCG Legal was founded by 17 politically prominent U.S. law firms, and is currently U.S.' top legal network as ranked recently by Chambers & Partners. Currently SCG Legal has 148 member firms with more than 11000 lawyers in 82 countries. Aiming at maintaining the global competitiveness of member firms, SCG Legal applies strict membership screening and approval process and quality control requirements.
During the meeting, Mr. Jiqing Liu introduced the significant growth of DHH in recent years, legal talents at DHH and purposes of joining SCG Legal. Overseas legal services has been increasingly demanded as Chinese businesses seek market globally. Joining SCG Legal is a major step for DHH's commitments of increasing value of clients' international businesses with better international legal services. Furthermore,DHH's membership will also meet the China law needs of SCG Legal member firms.
