September 24, The Ninth Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Festival of People's Republic of China was held in Changchun. Mrs. Gu Xiulian (vice-chairman of The Tenth NPC Standing Committee ), Mr. Bai lichen (vice-chairman of The Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh CPPCC), Mr. Li Zibin (chairman of CASEM), Mr. Gao Guangbin (standing committee member of CCP Jilin Provincial Committee, chairman of CCP Changchun Municipal Committee), Mr. Jiang Zhiying (mayor of Changchun municipal government), Mr. Wang Shunsheng (president of Shenzhen Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Promotion and Development Committee, former chairman of Shenzhen CPPCC), Mr. Chen Biao (vice-mayor of Shenzhen municipal government), Mr. Fanbo (vice-director of personal department of NDRC), Mr. Xu Kemin(vice-director of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Administration of Industry and Information Technology ministry), Mr. Bai Xugui (vice-mayor of Changchun municipal government) attended the opening ceremony. Mr. Jiangqi (director of Beijing DHH Law Firm) was invited to the festival.
The topic of this festival was "Reform, Service, Development, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Future". The festival announced "Ten Innovation and Development Star" on purpose to promote the achievement, the developing method and the friend environment for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Beijing DHH was rated as "Advanced Innovation Service Unit for China Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" on the Festival.
