All Deheng Member Firms Obtain Trademark Agent Qualification
On November 6th, 2011 the Ministry of Justice and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce jointly promulgated “the Administration Measures on Law Firms’ Engagement in Trademark Agency”. From January 1st, 2013, therefore, all law firms which had been registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce could engage in trademark agency business which is in the charge of the Trademark Office and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, including registered trademark applications and reviews of registered trademark dismissals etc.
All member firms of Deheng Law Group submitted registration documents. On March 25th, 2013 the Trademark Office announced the law firms successfully registered, including all the member firms of Deheng Law Group: Shandong Deheng Law Firm, Shandong Deheng (Jinan) Law Firm, Shandong Deheng (High-Tech Zone) Law Firm, Beijing DHH Law Firm, Beijing DHH (Shanghai）Law Firm, Beijing DHH (Nanjing) Law Firm and Beijing DHH (Handan) Law Firm.
