Successful training on Legal Business of Capital Market at ECLA Dehe Law School
From December 2 to 6 the Securities Practice of Elite Chinese Legal Alliance held the first phase of training on capital market legal business. The training was conducted via on-site lecturing which was different from the preceding telephone or online training. This helped to achieve a most extensive exchange of opinions and discussion among all attendees.The training attracted more than 50 lawyers from ECLA member firms including Hainan Yurun Law Firm, Sichuan Hehexin Law Firm, Jiangxi Qinfeng Law Firm, Xinjiang Yuanzheng Law Firm, Guangdong Tongyi Law Firm, Jiangsu Maotong Law Firm. Observer firms included Qinghai Shuren Law Firm and HK W.K. TO & Co.
All lecturers were lawyers from the Securities Practice of ECLA. The content of the training covered both the basic system of domestic and overseas listings,, a market overview, legal regime and status quo etc, with the emphasis on overseas listing.
The organizer also invited the chief representative Ms Huang Xingling from HKEx and Dr Du Yupeng in charge of the OTC business of Shenyin & Wanguo Securities. From the perspective of Exchange and broker respectively, they explained and analyzed the circumstances concerning listing both in China and overseas related to OTC.
In conclusion Director Ding Xu of the Securities Practice of ECLA summarized the training, which advanced the sharing of quality resources among ECLA and secured in-depth cooperation from ECLA member firms.
