DHH Harbin Office Held a Seminar to Share PPP Project Experience
In the afternoon of December 23, Beijing DHH Law Firm Harbin Office and Business Steering Committee of Heilongjiang Lawyers Association jointly held a seminar to share the experience of lawyers serving PPP project. Twenty-three lawyers from three law firms directly under the managment of provincial government and six municipal law firms attended the meeting.
Based on their study experience in National Accounting Institute, lawyers Du Chong and Guo Ruofei from DHH Harbin Office shared their ideas on the theory, procedures, status quo in China and legal practice of PPP projects. Lawyer Mu Shanzhi from Langxin Yinlong Law Firm introduced the U.S. judicial system, business model and development tendency of American law firms, as well as the legal exchanges between China and U.S. to the attendees with his own experience from his legal journey to U.S.
