The Opening Ceremony of the (USA) Legal Services Center of CASME Was Held in Washington D.C.

On March 22, 2015 (EST), the opening ceremony of the (USA) legal services center of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (CASME) Washington D.C. office was held at DDYSSEY by the Potomac River. Ms. Muriel Bowser (mayor of Washington D.C.), Mr. Brian Kenner (deputy mayor of Washington D.C.), Mr. Bill Biank (president of China Investment Center at Washington D.C.), Mr. Doug Guthrie (chairman of China Investment Center at Washington D.C.), Mr. Luan Shaohu (vice-president of CASME), Mr. Liu Kejiang (director of legal services center Beijing office), Mr. Liu Jiqing (director of legal services center Washington D.C. office), Ms. Li Yonglan (general coordinator of legal services center) and Ms. Luan Shan (marketing specialist of legal services center), along with over 100 entrepreneurs and legal practitioners from both China and the U.S. attended the ceremony.

Thus far, the (USA) legal services center of the CASME has been established with two offices that are located at the headquarters of Beijing DHH Law Firm and DHH Law Firm’s Washington D.C. office. The center will take advantage of the resource and connection from both offices to provide effective, high-quality and secure legal services so as to better serve Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises’ foreign business as well as to help Chinese business attract foreign investment.

Furthermore, following the arrangement from CASME’s leadership, Beijing DHH Law Firm is preparing to establish a legal services center in Shanghai based on DHH Shanghai office, aiming to assist small and medium-sized enterprises to participate “One Road and One Belt”. As of now, the preparation is still in process.
