DHH Washington Office Held Its First Anniversary Ceremony

At 18 p.m. US Eastern time on March 18, the first anniversary ceremony of Beijing DHH Law Firm Washington Office and the Legal Service Center China Small and Medium Enterprise Association (the US) was held in National Press Club on the east side of the White House. Almost a hundred geusts from the U. S. Federal Justice Department, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, the governments of Great Washington area (District of Columbia, Arlington County and Virginia), the congress, law firms, the Chinese Embassy, Xinhua News office in Washington, Phoenix TV office in North America, Chinese enterprises in America and chambers of commerce attended the ceremony and dinner. At 19 p.m. of the evening, Ms. Luan Shan, the director of DHH international department, announced the opening of the ceremony. To begin with, Mr. Li Bin, the Economic Counselor of the Chinese Embassy introduced the latest China's political and economic situation to the guests. Mr. Luan Shaohu, the deputy chairman of the China Small and Medium Enterprise Association and president of the Deheng Law Group, gave a speech to welcome the guests. Ms. Libby Garvey, the parliament speaker of Arlington County made congratulation to Beijing DHH Law Firm Washington Office and the Legal Service Center China Small and Medium Enterprise Association on the first anniversary development in Great Washington area. Mr. Liu Jiqing, the director of DHH Washington office, and Ms. Li Yonglan, the director of the DHH international department, introduced the work and development of the office and association respectively, and expressed the gratitude to the support from the community. Subsequently, the leaders from the chambers of commerce, the representatives of the clients and lawyers expressed their congratulations and intention to cooperate with DHH.
