M&A Creates Wealth: Fangyuan Magazine Publishes Article Introducing Lawyer Fang Litang
The latest issue of Fangyuan Magazine published an article introducing the senor partner of Deheng Law Group Mr Fang Litang, who won the “M&A Lawyer of the year” of the annual legal awards by Fangyuan Magazine.
As the Director of Securities Practice of Deheng Law Group Mr Fang Litang has provided legal services for more than 150 IPOs in domestic main-board markets, the Growth Enterprise Market and overseas securities markets such as NASDAQ, the American Stock Exchange, the Kong Kong Exchange Union, the Singapore Stock Exchange, AIM of UK, the German Stock Exchange, the NYSE Euronext, Korean Stock Exchange and Thailand Stock Exchange etc.
Though 2012 is not a profitable year for securities lawyers due to the global economic recession, which, however, simultaneously triggered more M&A. More and more medium and small enterprises seek to survive the financial crisis via M&A. “To M&A lawyers, reputation is very important. To some extent reputation substantially means resource and benefit”, the article cited the words of Mr. Fang Litang.
