Liu Kejiang Re-Engaged as Member of Review Board of Tianjin Equity Exchange
On August 22 Senior Partner and Deputy Director Liu Kejiang of Deheng Law Group attended the Expert Review Meeting for Enterprise Listing of the Tianjin Equity Exchange. Tianjin Equity Exchange was incorporated in September 2008 and registered in Tianjin Binhai New Area with the ratification of the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government. Up to August 2013, 326 enterprises from 27 provinces and autonomous regions have been listed. All the listed enterprises, with a market value amounting to RMB 27 billion, have achieved direct financing of RMB 5.5 billion and indirect financing of RMB 14 billion.
