DHH lawyers attended ＂2014 Taiwan Capital Market Forum＂

On Feb 21st, 2014, "2014 Taiwan Capital Market Forum" was jointly held by Taiwan Deloitte & Touche accounting firm and Cathay Securities in Shanghai Portman Ritz-Carlton Hotel. More than 100 people attended this conference, including principal staff of Cathay Securities, Taiwan Stock Exchange, Deloitte & Touche accounting firm and Shanghai Equity Investment Association. The people presented held a discussion on heated legal issues, including how to utilize Taiwan capital market to expand commercial opportunities, the advantages of Taiwan capital market and instructions to list in Taiwan, and the attention points to enter Taiwan capital market.
