On March 4, at the invitation of Lawyer Qiu Yuxia, chief representative of the Representative Office of DHH Law Firm in Canada, the founding partner Samuel Sorbara as well as lawyers David Sunday and Susan Liu from Sorbara Law Firm, a famous law firm in Ontario, Canada, visited Beijing DHH Law Firm and held a lecture on Canadian investment immigration policy.
Mr. Jiang Qi (president of Beijing DHH Law Firm) began the lecture with a welcome speech. Lawyer Samuel Sorbara introduced the feathers, risk prevention and control of the class actions in the legal system of western countries with the case of Sino-Forest as the starting point. Lawyer David Sunday introduced the policies on land development in Ontario, Canada, while lawyer Susan Liu introduced the policies on Canadian investment immigration. After that, two entrepreneurs respectively shared their experience on real estate development and farm projects and how to apply for investment immigration successfully.
