Solemn Announcement: Deheng&DHH Will Not Charge Any Fee In Representing Fishermen to Claim for Losses Suffered in the Bohai Oil Spill Pollution

Being committed to the fulfillment of lawyers’ social responsibilities, our two firms hereby declare that we will not charge any fees in representing the fishermen who suffered huge losses from the Bohai Bay oil spill pollution. All litigation expenses, including travel expenses and authentication costs etc., will be paid in advance by our firms and then requested to be borne by the defendants. Upon winning the cases we will not seek any recovery of fees or costs from the compensation to be paid to the litigants. Facing major industry defendants as we are, we would welcome and appreciate contributions from both domestic and overseas friends.
