Lawyers Miao Zaichao and Zhang Mingyang are invited to give lectures in Sino-German Ecological Park

On June 22, the lecture activity jointly organized by the Sino-Russian Regional Cooperation Legal Affairs Center and the Sino-German International Living Room was held simultaneously offline and online ZOOM connection by Qingdao West Coast Investment Promotion Co., Ltd. Deputy General Manager, Zhao Wei who are in charge of the German International Living Room, with more than 100 people in the park.
Miao Zaichao, deputy director of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Group Company, and Zhang Mingyang, director of the Securities Department, were invited by the Sino-German Ecological Park Management Committee to focus on shareholders' rights protection, equity incentives to communicate with the enterprises settled in the Sino-German Ecological Park.
Lawyer Miao Zaichao, under the tittle of "Eight Hands for Safeguarding Shareholders' Rights", elaborated on eight aspects including remedies for defective company resolutions, the right to request profit distribution and shareholder representative litigation.
Lawyer Zhang Mingyang, under the title of "Those Matters in Equity Incentives", made a communication in terms of the scope of and how to implement equity incentives.
In the future, the Management Committee of Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone and DHH will continue to provide the Zone and the enterprises therein with legal services in various fields including legal risk control through intensive study of morning classes, Qin Si Ye School, corporate communications, legal lectures, etc.
