In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of the land management system, and further improve the system of land management laws and regulations with the Land Administration Law as the core. The General Office of the Ministry of Justice specially released the Implementing Rules for the Land Administration Law (Draft）and the drafting notes to the three law firms to seek their ideas. In view of this, the Beijing DHH Law Firm took the lead in organizing expert lawyers from different offices and Shandong Deheng Law Firm in areas of land and real estate to have an in-depth discussion on the aforesaid draft for review and provide feedback on the draft for review from the perspectives of the thoughts of revising the law, the present legal situation, theoretical basis and legal practice.
