Russian National Museum Authorized Deheng Law Group Exclusively to Set up a Digital Museum in China

At 4:00 p.m. local time on June 5, 2019, the Agreement on Russian National Museum Authorized Deheng Law Group Exclusively to Set up a Digital Museum in China(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) was officially signed by Prof. Vladimir (Curator of the Russian National Museum) and Mr. Shaohu Luan (Chairman of Board of Partners of Deheng Law Group) at the hypermedia hall of Russian National Museum.
A number of representatives attended the Signing Ceremony, including Mr. Sergey Borovskiy (Executive Vice-president of Deheng Law Group and Executive President of the Legal Business Department), Lawyer (Director of DHH St. Petersburg Office), Lawyer Qinghua Li (Compliance Director of Russia Business Department), and Ms. Maria (Representative of Russian National Digital Museum), Director of Curator Office, and so on.
Mr. Luan appreciated the trust of the Russian National Museum and promised that Deheng Law Group would keep promise to get ready for the opening of the “Digital Museum” in September, 2019, Shanghai Stock Exchange Building with the joint efforts of Russian and Chinese lawyers as well as staffs of Blue Ocean Legal Business Department. The exhibition will introduce the essence of the Russian National Museum to the world through digital technology, contributing to the cultural communication between China and Russia.
