The "growth" of this year's top ten growth law firms can be summed up in a few words: strengthening the team, increasing the business, going deep into the Southwest, and increasing revenue. These law firms actively absorb new talents, expand the team of lawyers, and maintain the efficient operation of the team with a smart management model; while continuing to work hard in the traditional business, they do not forget to expand into new areas to serve more clients and to provide strong legal support; advancing into West China and extending South China, making the nationwide service network more perfect in terms of law firm expansion,; and it is precisely these strategic insights that enable these law firms to win more and more customers with brilliant revenue results. We sincerely congratulate the law firm on the list this year!
The firms on this year's list are growing at an astonishing rate across multiple dimensions. On the team side, the number of billing staff at most firms grew by more than 20%, and the team grew significantly. In business, firms have increased and refined to some extent, while capital markets, finance, healthcare, compliance, high- tech and intellectual property are hot areas for expansion. In terms of geographic expansion, the new branches of the firms that have opened in the past 12 months on the list this year show a clear westward and southward trend. For example, among the four new offices of DHH Law Firm, Xi'an, Foshan and Nanchang are included; two of the three new branch offices of Duanheduan Law Firm are located in Ningbo and Taiyuan, while the other new offices of Hansheng Law Firm include Changsha, Shenzhen and Shihezi (Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps). In terms of revenue, this year's results are even more encouraging, with most firms growing at more than 40% and Harlequin Tianrui at 90%. Per capita revenue growth has been higher, and overall profits have soared.
