A symposium on the research project of Enhancing the Capacity to Protect Overseas Assets under the guidance of the Development Research Center of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and organized by the Shenzhen Enterprise Cofederation was held in the Citizen Center of Shenzhen on July 9, 2020. The symposium was based on the Shenzhen enterprises overseas assets, the actual risks faced by enterprises, the establishment of Shenzhen overseas assets protection system and other aspects of research and discussion.
Beijing DHH (Shenzhen) Law Firm, as one of the members of the research group, was invited to participate in the Forum. Yao Yuan, a senior partner of Beijing DHH(Shenzhen) Law Firm, represented the DHH Shenzhen Office to attend the symposium. Mr. Yao explained and shared the case of overseas assets management and protection, and communicated and exchanged views on the overseas assets security protection with the attending enterprise leaders.
