Beijing DHH Law Firm Seoul Office Opened
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Deheng Law Group, serving as the longest and loyalest business partner of South Korean companies and legal profession, Deheng Law Group held the Opening Ceremony of Beijing DHH Law Firm Seoul Office at the Grand Ballroom of the World Trade Center in Seoul on December 19th, 2018. More than 100 elites, business partners and friends from the legal profession, academic and other circles of China and South Korea, gathered together to renew their friendship and discuss further cooperation and development in the new year.
The celebration was hosted by Mr. Fu Xiye, Senior Partner of Deheng Law Group, who has been in charge of organizing the establishment of Beijing DHH Law Firm Seoul Office, and Ms. Li Lan, Representative of Beijing DHH Law Firm Seoul Office.
Mr. Luan Shaohu, Chairman of Board of Partners of Deheng Law Group, began with the speech on "Thank You, Dear Korean Friends!", during which Mr. Luan reviewed Deheng Law Group’s development trace of providing legal services for South Korea-owned enterprises in the past 20 years. Chairman Luan said that Deheng Law Group, as the vice-chairman unit of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (CASME), would continue to work with South Korean partners to serve their companies in China relying on Beijing DHH Law Firm Seoul Office and would launch programs to encourage Chinese SME investing in South Korea as well as to promote cooperation between the two sides, and provide high-quality and one-stop legal services for both Chinese and South Korean enterprises.
Mr. Jiang Qi, President of Deheng Law Group and General Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, presented the “DHH Development Report” to all guests, showing the rapid development and professional fields of DHH in the form of data and charts. Chairman Mr. Luan Shaohu and Vice Chairwoman Ms. Hu Ming on behalf of Deheng Law Group presented 25 Anniversary Medal as appreciation to three old friends —Mr. Lyou Byung-Hwa（former Principal of Korea University School of Law, Principal of TLBU University), Mr. Shin Hyung-Keun (South Korean Diplomats), Mr.Jeong Yong-Hwan (Professor of Korea University School of Law)—who had offered Deheng Law Group selfless support for South Korean affairs in the past two decades. Mr. Shin Hyung-Keun and Mr. Jeong Yong-Hwan delivered speeches to express their best wishes to Deheng Law Group and unveiled the plaque for the Beijing DHH Law Firm Seoul Office.
A dozen of lawyers for Korean business team from Deheng Law Group, including Mr. Li xuxiu, Vice-President of Deheng Law Group and Director of Shangdong Deheng Law Group, Managing Director Zhang Wen, Partner Jin Guangxie, Partner Li Guangxing，Partner Meng Aihua and Partner Song Bo toasted to all guests and announced the beginning of the Appreciation Banquet. Lawyers and Business friends from China and South Korea raised their glasses to wish deeper cooperation and exchanges and hope for a better tomorrow.
Mr. Yang Xiaojun, Chief Representative of the Representative Office of CCPIT China Chamber of International Commerce in Korea as well as Executive Director of Korea China Chamber of Commerce, and other representatives of Chinese overseas companies also came to attend the Ceremony.
