On Mar 29th, 2014, ECLA, allied with China Association of Medium-sized and Small enterprises, Tianjin Gaodi Law Firm, Tianjin Association of Medium-sized and Small enterprises, and Tianjin Equity Exchange, held the first session of “Medium-sized and Small Enterprise Legal Risk Management Forum” and 5th Partner Congress of ECLA in Tianjin TEDA Hotel. This conference was composed of the first session of “Medium-sized and Small Enterprise Legal Risk Management Forum” and 5th Partner Congress of ECLA, aiming at strengthening the cooperation between the alliances and elevating core competitive power.Luan Shaohu, Honorary Chairman of ECLA and Chairman of the Partner Conference of Deheng Lawyer Group, Shen Sibao, Dean of School of Law of Macao University of Science and Technology, Xiao Liming and Zeng Xianwen, Senior Counselors of ECLA, Liu Guquan, Vice Chairman of Seeyon Software Company, and Xiongtao, Program Director, attended the 5th Partner Congress of ECLA held in the morning. 70 more representatives from 31 law firm members and 28 cities at home and abroad, Zhang Yi from Hongkong Du Weiqiang Law Firm, and Qiu Qixiong from Hubei Gaochi Law Firm attended the conference.
