September 18, Mr. Luan Shaohu (managing director of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), and vice-director of ACLA criminal committee, foreign affairs committee and western lawyer development committee) attended the nineteenth executive committee meeting and the first cadre graduation ceremony of ACLA in Beijing.
