October 4, Mr. Luan Shaohu (chairman of the partnership of Deheng Law Firm), Mr. Jiangqi (president of China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Legal Consultant Committee, director of Beijing DHH Law Firm), Mr. Li Xixiu (director of Shandong Deheng Law Firm), Mr. Lu Sentong (director of Beijing DHH Law Firm Moscow Office) and several senior partners of Deheng Law Group, Mr.Liu Kejiang, Mr. Ji Cheng, Mr. Jin Guangxie, companied by directors of Shandong Lawyer (Deheng) Union visited St. Petersburg China-Russia Commercial Center. Mr. Chen Zhigang (president of Russia St. Petersburg China-Russia Commercial Center) warmly welcome the delegation.
St. Petersburg China-Russia Commercial Center was located in China Mansion on the coast of Baltic Sea, aiming to provide comprehensive services for Chinese small and medium enterprises to invest in Russia. Mr. Chen Zhigang is the president of Russia Federation Overseas Chinese Association St. Petersburg Branch. Mr. Chen is one of the local wealthiest men and contributes in providing services for the official and unofficial communications between Russia and China.
October 5, the delegation visited China-Russia Council For Promotion of Peace and Unification. Mr. Chen Zhigang (chairman of China-Russia Council for the Promotion of Peace and Unification) presented a banner to the delegation and engaged Mr. Luan Shaohu and Mr. Jiangqi as counsel of Chinese affairs. After the meeting, Mr. Chen Zhigang held a dinner for the delegation.
