Deheng Lawyer Attended Juvenile Protection Training and Annual Meeting of ACLA Juvenile Protection Committee
October 9 to 11, the Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Civil Affairs, and All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) jointly organized a training related to "Suggestions on Several Issues Related to Lawfully Dealing the Problem that Guardian Infringes upon Adolescent's Right" in National Judges College. The training invited professionals included representatives from UNICEF, judges from Holland, judges from the Supreme People’s Court, experts of ministry of the Civil Affairs, and children protection professionals. Attendees explained "Suggestions on Several Issues Related to Lawfully Dealing the Problem that Guardian Infringes upon Adolescent's Right" from different prospective. Representatives from Courts, Procuratorate, Ministry of public Security, Ministry of Civil Affairs and lawyers attended the training. Ms. Wang Jun, partner of Deheng Law Firm, attended this training as a member of ACLA Juvenile Protection Committee.
After the training, Ms. Wang Jun attended annual meeting of ACLA Juvenile Protection Committee and exchanged opinions with other participants.
