DHH Lawyers Are Elected to be the New Panel of Arbitrators of CIETAC

Recently, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee (CIETAC) announced the new panel of arbitrators. Mr. Jiang Qi, the Director of Beijing DHH Law Firm, and Mr. Huo Guifeng,The Director of Shandong Deheng (Jinan) Law Firm, have been elected to be the arbitrators of the new panel of CIETAC.
Mr. Jiang Qi is an expert at international trade, letter of credit, finance and trust. Mr. Huo Guifeng is an expert at state-owned enterprise reform, corporate business, and mineral and contract dispute resolution. Mr. Li Xuxiu, the Director of Shandong Deheng Law Firm and one of the arbitrators on the previous panel who specialized in contract law, corporate law, M&A and restructure, and real estate law, has been reelected for his outstanding performance during his terms of office.
The performance term for the new panel of arbitrators started on May 1, 2017 and will terminate on April 30, 2020. So far, three lawyers from the Deheng&DHH have been elected as CIETAC Arbitrators.
