Leng Shuai becomes a member of AIPN

Recently, Leng Shuai officially became a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), a professional association for international petroleum negotiators. It was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas, America.AIPN provides international legal contract templates in English for petroleum and natural gas industries, and offers a communication platform for experts within this industry.
Leng Shuai and his team recently finished a "transnational due diligence on a petroleum and natural gas exploitation" project in Georgia. A Chinese petroleum drilling company planned to participate in an international competitive bidding of a Georgian national petroleum company’s resource development and service project, which involved legal services such as transnational labor contract, international finance guarantee, bidding and overseas resource development. The service needed to be supplied in several languages, including Chinese, English, Russian and Georgian.
Leng Shuai also has rich legal service experiences in the fields of international power development, overseas construction contract, transnational energy cooperation, development of new energy and green energy, and overseas mining exploration.
