President Jiang Qi was elected to the B2C Online Sale Conditions Task Force expert group of ICC international commercial law and Practice Committee

Recently, by ICC China recommendation, President Mr. Jiang Qi was elected to the B2C Online Sale Conditions Task Force expert group of ICC international commercial law and Practice Committee, headquartered in Paris. ICC International Commission on commercial law and practice consists of more than 200 experts from around the world. In 2017, the International Commission on commercial law and practice launched four working groups， which are B2C Online Sale Conditions Task Force；3rd-Party Logistics - Inventory Management/Warehousing；Force Majeure/Hardship；Outsourcing Practical Guide. As the only one Chinese expert of B2C Online Sale Conditions Task Force Working Group, Mr. Jiang has already begun to take part in the comparative study of Law of the PRC on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and the EU Consumer Protection Act.
The International Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as ICC) was established in 1919. Since its development, it has members including companies and associations covering more than 130 countries all over the world. It is the only authoritative agency representing all enterprises in the world. ICC has set up several committees including International Commercial Law and Practice Committee, which has functions on providing resolutions to the difference of a variety of international trade law and actively participating in works of other relevant international organizations, especially the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
