The application for registration of a short-term financing bond by Qingte Group has been approved by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors and successfully issued. This is the first time for Qingte Group to directly finance via issuing a debt financing instrument and marks a breakthrough in its financing channels.
The registered amount of this short-term financing bond was RMB300 million yuan, which has been successfully issued. The senior partner and Vice Director of Shandong Deheng Law Firm, Mr Xu Yuhui, and partner Mr Yang Zhenwei provided full legal services for the issuance.
